Billing & account support

Help with your CallPh.One subscription: cancelling, refunds, charges on your bank statement, trials and account closure. Most things here take about 2 minutes to do yourself. Looking for help using the product — devices, Alexa, how the calls work? That lives on CallPh.One support.

Billing and account questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel online in about 2 minutes — no phone call, no retention hoops. Go to the cancellation page, enter the email address you signed up with, and we'll send you a 6-digit PIN to sign in securely. Choose the subscription, confirm, and you're done: you'll see a confirmation on screen and get a confirmation email. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops — no further charges. You can also cancel from the billing section of your CallPh.One dashboard, or by contacting Customer Support.

How do refunds work?

Subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if in your first 30 days you decide the service isn't what you expected or as advertised, contact us for a full refund of any charges incurred (trial fees themselves aren't refundable). A refund cancels the subscription automatically. Billed in error later on? Contact Customer Support for a refund of the last payment — subscription fees are refundable where you haven't used the service since that payment. The refunds page has the full terms and the claim steps. Once issued, refunds typically reach your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Why does my statement say WorldLocation.Services?

WorldLocation.Services is the billing name of World Location Services Ltd, the company that operates CallPh.One. If you (or someone in your household) signed up for CallPh.One, the charge on your statement appears as WORLDLOCATION.SERVICES — or a shortened variant of it — rather than "CallPh.One". Our charge page shows exactly how the charge appears on statements, and one-click routes to cancel or claim a refund if you don't want the service. To see your own charges and receipts, sign in from the homepage.

Managing your trial

CallPh.One trials last 1 day for a small one-off fee (the amount depends on your plan and country, and is shown at signup). When the trial ends it converts to a paid subscription at the plan's normal price — this is stated at signup and in your confirmation email. To avoid converting, cancel before the trial ends on the cancellation page: you pay nothing beyond the trial fee. If your trial already converted and you didn't want it, the subscription charge falls under the 30-day money-back guarantee — claim a refund. (The trial fee itself isn't refundable.)

Updating your payment details

Sign in to your CallPh.One dashboard at callph.one to update the card on your subscription. Your payment details are held by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number. If a payment has failed and you're updating your card to fix it, the next automatic retry uses the new details.

Changing your plan

Plan changes (upgrades and downgrades) are made from your CallPh.One dashboard at callph.one. Each plan has its own device allowance — see callph.one/pricing for what each plan includes. Your new plan takes effect immediately, and anything due today or at your next renewal is shown clearly before you confirm.

I don't recognise this charge at all

Start by checking with family members or anyone who shares the card — the charge appears under our billing name rather than "CallPh.One", so a household signup is the most common explanation. Then check the charge page to see how our charges appear on statements. If it still isn't yours, contact us marked "unrecognised charge" — we'll locate the account, stop further charges and put it right, usually within days.

How to close your account and delete your data

Sign in with your email and a 6-digit PIN from the homepage, open your dashboard, and choose "Close account". Closing your account cancels any active subscription, stops all further charges, and ends your access to the service. Your data is then deleted or anonymised in line with our privacy policy retention periods — some billing records must be kept for legal and accounting reasons, but are no longer used for anything else.
