The name on your bank statement

Seen WORLDLOCATION.SERVICES on your statement?

That's us — the billing name for CallPh.One, the lost-phone recovery service. If you (or someone in your household) signed up for CallPh.One, this is that subscription. Below: what the charge is and what to do next — everything is self-service and takes about 2 minutes.

How the charge can appear, depending on your bank.

Why am I being charged?

You're seeing this charge because a CallPh.One subscription is (or was) active on your email address. Plans bill monthly or annually depending on what was chosen at signup — a charge you don't immediately recognise may be an annual renewal from a while back. A very small charge is usually the 1-day trial fee; trials convert to the paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Exact amounts and currency depend on your plan and country, so the reliable place to see yours is your own account:

To see your own charges: sign in from the homepage with the email you signed up with — we send a 6-digit PIN, and your subscriptions and receipts are listed in your account. No password needed.

How we can help

This site is operated by the company behind CallPh.One so that anyone who sees our name on a statement can get an answer, cancel, or get their money back without a phone call. Real people answer [email protected] and 0333 332 5000. More about the company and the product: CallPh.One — who we are.

Charge questions

Why does my statement say WorldLocation.Services instead of CallPh.One?

Card networks show the billing company's name, not the product's. CallPh.One is operated by World Location Services Ltd, so charges carry the WORLDLOCATION.SERVICES billing name. Same company, two names — more here.

How do I cancel?

Online in about 2 minutes: cancel page. Enter your email, we send a 6-digit PIN, you confirm. Your plan runs to the end of what you've paid for, then stops — no further charges.

How do refunds work?

Subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee — if in your first 30 days the service isn't what you expected, claim a full refund of the charges (trial fees aren't refundable, and a refund cancels the subscription). Billed in error later? Contact us for a refund of the last payment where the service hasn't been used since. Details and claim steps: refunds.

I don't recognise this charge.

Start by checking with family members or anyone who shares the card — the charge appears under our billing name rather than "CallPh.One", so a household signup is the most common explanation. If it still isn't yours, contact us marked "unrecognised charge": we'll locate the account behind the charge, stop further billing, and put it right — usually within days.
